Website privacy notice
Enquiries
When you submit the form, we store your name, preferred contact method and the contact details you provide, vehicle details, service request, originating page and message so the workshop can respond. Please do not include identification documents, a full vehicle identification number or sensitive personal information. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored using the website’s Base44 hosting and data services. The enquiry records are restricted to workshop administrators, not other website visitors. A request identifier and a daily hashed network or phone identifier are used to reduce duplicate submissions and abuse. Email alerts may notify the team that an enquiry is waiting; delivery is not guaranteed.
Contact links and external services
Phone and email links open your chosen application. WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to services governed by their own privacy terms. They are not required to use the website form. Some existing images are loaded from external image providers, which receive normal browser connection information.
Website interactions
The site records interaction events such as call and WhatsApp clicks, starting the enquiry form and a successfully saved enquiry through Base44 analytics. These custom events do not include your name, phone number, email, vehicle identification number or message. A click is not counted as proof of a customer or sale. Hosting services may also process technical request information needed to operate the site.
Questions and requests
Contact the workshop using the details on the contact page to ask about the information you supplied or request correction or deletion. Any applicable retention or legal obligations will need to be considered when responding.
